Issued in a gatefold sleeve of thick cardstock. Picture inner card sleeve, top opening. Includes four-page lyric insert and archival newspaper fold-out. There is no barcode on the sleeve.
The folded newsprint insert is tabloid sized, four roughly 11×17 pages. Some (?) copies also include a large poster, a pair of stickers, and a download card for additional material.
Catalog number of this reissue per cover sticker and LITA website: LITA100-1-2. Runout info is neatly etched except for “•• GOLDEN”, which is stamped.
